As the Founder/Managing Partner of Alvecot Search, Jason Ramstein unites his deep understanding of Atlanta’s Accounting & Finance landscape with an intense passion for identifying talent and opportunity.

Having begun his career by serving active duty as a Senior Financial Analyst in the United States Air Force, Jason took his military discipline, core values and knowledge of Finance and applied them to the recruiting industry where he’s spent over 14 years successfully partnering with premier Atlanta businesses and workforce talent.

Jason’s approach to recruiting is highly engaging and his interactions throughout the process are as personable as they are professional. He’s a trusted career advisor with the energy, knowledge and connections to make finding a new employee or career path a successful experience. He holds an Undergrad in Finance from Campbell University and resides in the Roswell area with his wife Julie and their 3 sons, Jake, Knox and Miller.
